Cancelation ~ A 48 hour notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a charge of 75% of the scheduled service via the card on file.

No-Show ~ Appointments that are no-showed will be charged 75% of the scheduled service via the card on file. 15 minutes grace is allotted, after that time appointments are marked as a no-show.

Tardy ~ Please try your best to communicate if you will be late. Guests who are 15 minutes late will be marked as a no-show, charged accordingly, and will be asked to reschedule.

Payment ~ Card is accepted via tap-to-pay or manual entry through Acuity.
