Cancelation ~ A 24 hour notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service via the card on file.

No-Show ~ Appointments that are no-showed will be charged 50% of the scheduled service via the card on file.

Tardy ~ Please try your best to communicate if you will be late. Guests who call ahead are given 15 minutes grace, after I will ask to reschedule. Guests who do not call ahead are given 10 minutes grace, after I will ask to reschedule.
