Cancelation ~

A 24 hour notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service via the card on file.

No-Show ~

Appointments that are no-showed will be charged 50% of the scheduled service via the card on file. 15 minutes grace is allotted, after that time appointments are marked as a no-show.

Tardy ~

Please try your best to communicate if you will be late. Guests who are 15 minutes late will be marked as a no-show, charged accordingly, and will be asked to reschedule.

Re-Do ~

If you have any issue(s) with your nails I welcome you to reach out to me within the 7 days after your appointment & we will schedule a time to make any needed changes to your set. These changes are complimentary. Please contact me through Instagram DM at mac.cosmetology.

I am always here for you & your nails, and want to remedy any issue you may have.

Artist Disclaimer ~

Transparency is very important, so I want to let you know that I'm happy to use the inspo you bring! My goal is to work with you to create a new set drawn from the aesthetic of the inspo reference, not to create a 1-to-1 copy of it.

Mimicking another technician's work is not my goal, I want to collaborate with you & create something you'll love, inspired by and building off of the references you provide!
